Family estate since 1891, two young brother producing exiting and clean wines in the Pfalz region. This cuvée is 100% Cabernet Mitos, a cross between Blaufränkisch and Teiturier du Cher. With only 12h hours of maceration the wine is dense and inky. Beautiful confit black current and black berries, chocolate mint and sage with slight leather and tobacco undertones. Nice enveloping texture with a fresh finish leaving you wanting more.
Frais, léger, non filtré, un peu perlant mais c'est ça qu'on aime 😍
Wowwww ..... beautiful dark purple, wild floral nose, sort of full bodied and rich yet very drinkable... just like fresh grape juice ! One of the most amazing wines I’ve ever had... so different!
