Le viti crescono su un terreno argilloso , arricchito da una piccola percentuale di sabbia a 100 m.s.l.m. con esposizione Est-Sud-Est . Vendemmia manuale , le uve sono diraspate in pressa al 50% e vinificate a grappolo intero con 5 giorni di macerazione per l’altra metà . Fermentazione a temperatura ambiente , vinificazione in acciaio e malolattica spontanea . Aggiunte minime di solforosa post-malolattica e prima dell’imbottigliamento . Tappo a vite . 13.200 bottiglie prodotte all’anno .
