Vigne di 40 anni , lieviti indigeni , circa 20 ore di macerazione, parte in acciaio e parte in barrique. No fermentazione malolattica , non filtrato . Aperitivo ma non per tutti . Ideale per accompagnare salumi , cucina asiatica e carni rosse di media struttura. La vinosità del pinot noir . L’equilibrio. L’eleganza del frutto, il tutto in punta di piedi . Sboccatura: 04/2024 Dosaggio : 3 g/L 4000 bottiglie prodotte all’anno.
