L'ANNATA 2018 Annata caratterizzata da basse temperature e frequenti piogge/temporali da aprile a luglio. In maturazione caldo e siccità alternati da violenti temporali e grandine. * IL VINO Ottenuto da 60% Chardonnay e 40% Pinot Nero, fermentati spontaneamente ed affinati in legno per 6-7 mesi. Sosta in bottiglia per 56 mesi, sboccatura con vino di altre bottiglie dello stesso lotto senza addizione di liqueur d'expedition nè dosaggi zuccherini. Degorgiato in data 11.12.2023. Bottiglie prodotte: 5901
