Sparkling Wine . “ I Will SurWine” è un originale Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Blanc de Noir Pas Dosé prodotto dalla cantina 460 Casina Bric di Gianluca Viberti . La Vinificazione: È un Blanc de Noirs, ovvero uno spumante ottenuto da uve a bacca nera (100% Nebbiolo) vinificate in bianco senza contatto con le bucce. Il Metodo: Segue una presa di spuma in autoclave con il metodo Martinotti lungo (circa 8 mesi sui lieviti), che preserva la freschezza e l'identità del vitigno. Profilo del Gusto: Essendo un Zero Dosage (Pas Dosé), al palato si presenta decisamente secco, fresco e minerale, con un finale leggermente amarognolo tipico del Nebbiolo e aromi fruttati e mandorlati.
