BOCCA DEL LUPO 2021 @agricolarzilla ———————————————— L’esclusione di pesticidi, erbicidi o insetticidi in campo , sovescio, tisane e biodiversità, fermentazioni spontanee, nessuna chiarifica ne filtrazione, raramente pochi grammi di solforosa, 10 gg di macerazione per l’80%, il resto carbonica danno alla luce questo Sangiovese. Intensità aromatica interessante, amarene, prugne, pepe, chiodi di garofano, tabacco, cannella e nuance floreali di viola coinvolgono naso e palato. Trama tannica consueta, freschezza e sapidità esaltano un sorso vivo, sano e schietto. Un gran bel bere spensierato e senza fronzoli, diretto e genuino, accogliente ed appagante, specchio dell’etica del team Arzilla e di tutti quelli che rispettano la sostenibilità del territorio e del consumatore finale.
