Running Tuesday today with YELLOW CIDERMARINE 2017 ABV 4.8% by #Frukstereo Sweden Cider refermented to Ingrid Marie apples, Sea Buckthorn berries, (Seabuckthorn) (3%). 5 hours maceration for apples, 6 weeks for berries. Unripe green, acid, citric, cedrus and mineral apple, White flowers a vague honey-like note, go-go acidity, for this Swedish fruit Pet-Nat, easy to drink, contagious and extremely juicy. Beautiful label for an exciting, refreshing and extra energy content.
