KRIEK MARIAGE PARFAIT 2014 by Boon Brewery ABV 8% A Strong Kriek Old Style made with 400 grams per liter of wild cherries that spontaneously ferment together with a Lambic with indigenous yeasts. It then refines in large barrels of 62 hectoliters for about 6 months, unfiltered, not clarified, unpasteurized, naturally referments in the bottle. Burgundy ruby color, not very persistent docile foam, it immediately hits the citric note, volatile, seasoned with sour cherries, bergamot and unripe citrus fruits. Medium-bodied, carbonated from Sour, all its wild lactic acid character explodes in the mouth, inserted in a spicy context of vanilla, cinnamon, aromatic woods and sweet tobacco.
