Verano (Summer) - 2018 - Kindeli 👁: Golden Amber 👃🏻: Hiproses 🌺 & forest floor 🌳🍁🍂 👅: Yellow plums, red currant, sour apples & a little bit of chalky mineralness... 🍇: Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Syrah. ⛰: Moutere clay, gravel, sand. 🗺: Nelson-Marlborough. New Zealand (southern island). Alt: <500m. Fermentation: Spontanously by rolling ferment throughout harvest, co-fermenting in 3 lots & then blending. Some stems incl, some direct press, some skin contact. Aging: Steeltanks Filtered: ❌ Clarified: ❌ Sulphites: (natural) <8mg/L.
