A ouvrir quelques instants avant la dégustation pour lui laisser le temps de s'ouvrir. Belle longueur en bouche, le fruit est présent ainsi que les marqueurs typiques du pineau d'aunis. Une bonne bouteille très agréable à partager.

Fresh and lively, slight effervescence
Tannins, light with a taste of peppered winter berries. Drank while I had a flu margarine that I couldn’t shake with warm bread 😓
Back on my bullshit. Home after a long shoot, couldn’t wait for Nat & Ted, blah di blah. This juice is light as a damn feather and just a lil peppery. I truly do love Pineau D’Aunis. Thanks Julius from Disco!
