C'est frais à souhait Pleins pot sur les épices À partager sans modération en toute simplicité
Tout en finesse et en fruit avec un faible degré d'alcool 10º ce qui n'empêche pas une certaine puissance appelant le gibier (au fond des bois). C'est maîtrisé, intelligent diablement efficace.
Très beau vin belle fraîcheur avec l'âge moins de fruit hellénistique évolution
