Fresco, sapido, pericolosamente bevibile
100% Cinsault (89 y.o.) from Faugeres Schist soil Intense, wild, fruity and spicy nose, strawberry jam with black pepper, exotic fruits like fejhoa, lacquer, animalistic and oaky notes. Dry, drinkable palate with high acidity, pretty rounded tannins and long saulty aftertaste. Should be really nice at low temperature with some tuna poke or beef tar-tar.
