High on tannins and long acidity. A very complex and demanding wine, fits well with old and yeasty cheese.

Starts oxidative, with a full mouth, but short on acidity, especially when taken with food. Towards the end, went from oxidative to oxidized. Our first from the cultish Casa Caterina, and not particularly impressive.
