Le cinsault est majoritaire et, après un joli nez floral et franc, donne une sensation de jus fruité plein de fraîcheur accompagné d'une mâche de bon aloi et d'une sapidité bien goûteuse. La finale est persistante et vivace. Un sacrément bon canon nature à moins de 10 balles ! A poser sur la table sans façon.
