Le nouveau millésime de ce grand vin blanc gastronomique est magnifique ! Un grenache blanc concentré et mineral de St Jean de Minervois infusé avec des grain entier et un long élevage dans une jolie barrique. Couleur doré, nez complexe et frais infusion herbacée de fruit blanc discret comme nèfles, notes toasté fumé boisé. Bouche soyeuse et ample aromatique persistante et équilibré porté par jolie glycerol de raisin de corinthi, de fruit blanc peau granuleuse et d une petite oxydation fraîche et amertume qui s'associe avec beaucoup de mineralité saline. Un ovni qui reste facile à apprécier, à boire et associer.
