🍇LES INSÉPARABLES, de Julien Meyer ! Intéressant de goûter ces 2 cuvées identiques à 80% ( le même Sylvaner) assemblées avec 20% de Riesling pour « Mer et Coquillages » et Pinot blanc pour « Nature ». Fraîcheur et tonicité sont au rendez-vous avec un peu plus de rondeur pour la deuxième. 😋
