Ça a l'air tout simple comme ça à première gorgée, mais il faut s'y attarder. Passé le côté perlant et fruité il y a de la structure derrière c'est tellement bon et rare (mon caviste ne le vend qu'à l'unité pour en faire profiter un Max de personnes.) qu'on ne peut pas le boire comme un simple glouglou.
