Toranja,vino bianco dell’occitania francese è solfeggio confortevole di grenache gris . Traccia leggera ma indelebile di cera,nespole,ananas,zucchero filato e mandorle. Convivio splendente con tutta la sua polvere di stelle. Sicuramente Inadeguato per qualcuno,per me speciale,vivace e stravagante. Meglio ancora;vino divertente! Ma la cosa più sorprendente è che loro,i vini “sedicenti/seducenti naturali”finiscono sempre. Sempre. Le bottiglie alla fine,rimangono sempre pronte per costruirci un galeone. E non potete far altro che ammetterlo. Oppure iniziare a costruire una barchetta al loro interno,naturalmente senza riuscirci.
