Calarsi nell’uso vinoso come forma di Catarsi. Pericoloso. Anche se “Senzaniente”. Pecorino che emana Luce ambrata tornita e calda. Preludio ingannevole,perché scrocchia di gusto invece,con la sua traccia tornita di verde,linfatica e nervosa. Stimolante e al contempo rasserenante di polvere e petricore. Il profumo delle prime gocce di pioggia in attesa del temporale. Imprevedibile,profondo,irregolare e genuino ma soprattutto col suo charme cosmopolita piacerà a tutti.
