Natural Wine
C’est bon, ce sémillon / sauvignon ! C’est vif ! Plutôt minéral mais pas que... un peu fleuri aussi. À boire assez frais pour bien faire ressortir la minéralité, mais pas trop. Accompagne très bien un poisson gras. Un vin réussi pour un assemblage original : les sauvignons sont issus d’un duo de viticulteurs, les sémillons aussi et le tout est vinifié par un dernier duo.
