Le uve di Moscato Bianco e Riesling vengono raccolte a maturazione avvenuta, sistemate su graticci in un vecchio casale vicino alle vigne, dove viene seguito l’appassimento naturale che dura circa 40 giorni. Il grappolo viene pressato con un torchio a mano e il mosto fermentato in serbatoi di acciaio. Il Riesling conferisce acidità ed eleganza al nostro Passito da renderlo un vino ideale da bere non solo con i desserts ma anche con i formaggi.
