Pecorino Colli Aprutini IGT Controguerra (TE) 🇮🇹 🍇100% Pecorino coltivato su terreni argilloso - calcarei. Fermentazione spontanea in acciaio con macerazione di circa due giorni. Affinamento in acciaio. Al naso tonnellate di agrumi, ma anche note iodate e affumicate. Sorso incredibilmente salino, quasi marino, con limone, pompelmo e zenzero. Acidità vivace che, unitamente alla morbidezza e alla grande freschezza, da luogo a un vino di una bevibilità incredibile❗
