Alessandro Viola Sinfonia di Grillo 2015 After this I can die. Sicily in a bottle, 100% Grillo, fermented with maceration on the skins for six days and aged in chestnut barrels for 7 months. Hints of citrus, elderberry and melon. Full bodied and complex, but fresh at the same time, I tasted it with Brillat-Savarin cheese. Excellent.
