Une AOP Alsace 100% Riesling super élégante, aromatique et expressive. C'est le résultat d'un assemblage 2019-2020 de jus élevés un an et deux ans en foudre et en cuve inox. Belle robe dorée (effet des deux jours de macération avant pressurage). Les vignes s'épanouissent à Rosheim et Molsheim. Canon!
