très léger et fruité, très bonne découverte
fresh and light red wine with expression of red berries, red fruits, and black berries. Fruity, lively, yet charming attack, with flavors of blueberries, raspberries, finish marked by juicy and fleshy notes. Very light and fresh with low alcoholic percentage of merely 11%. Great for a sunny lunch.
Un vin naturel à base de 100% de Dolcetto cultivé à Sant' Anna et San Martino, près de Monforte d'Alba, dans les Langhe, la contrée du Nebbiolo. Il est léger, frais, fruité et floral. Il tire son nom du cépage: "Dosset" signifie "Dolcetto" en patois piémontais. Une belle découverte proposée par Karima, chez Frasca.
