Baga 70%, Bical 30%, from an Atlantic region beginning with B… Bairrada) was born the desire to create an aromatic traditional-method sparkling wine– refreshing, honest, and elegant, based on indigenous grapes from vineyards that respect the region’s tradition. 30-year-old vines planted on sand over clay-limestone Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed gently. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts in cask of 650 liters and stainless steel vats at temperatures below 16 º C.

Dry, fresh strawberry and raspberry. Beautiful colour and perlage.

Super effervescent, anise notes
