A perfect aperitif and excellent with oriental and asiatic cuisine. 70% Baga red grape, 30% Bical white grape. The first fermentation with the natural native yeast of the grapes. Traditional method, second fermentation in bottle, unfiltered and unfined to maintain the maximum natural flavours and maintain the quality of bubbles. 9 months ageing on the lees. No dosage - brut nature - extra bruto. Total sulphites SO2 mg/l:< 20, alc.: 11,5% Bairrada, Atlantic coast, northern Portugal.
