Daring and fresh. Slightly ciderish, but much more elegant!
A organic bubbles from Piedmont. Incredible ,super groovy, messy,funky,resilient and so on so on. Wine in glass look like sandy beach water . What you smell is bread, citrus and brine notes and on the palate you get ripe apple,pear and nuttiness.
La fête à la maison ! Des bulles fines sur un cépage gourmand et bien rond, sur le fruit blond confit, néanmoins sec comme un coup de trique !
