October 22, 2026 - 0 comments

We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience to support the growth and development of our mobile and web platforms. You will be in charge of the project’s current and future developments.

Job Description

This job requires a native/fluent English speaker with a solid web & mobile project management résumé (native iOS & Android) . Your knowledge and 3 years of experience (minimum) in the project management field and your excellent level of English (both written and spoken) will ensure that you are perfectly autonomous in all aspects of communication in your exchanges with Raisin, with whom you’ll work hand-in-hand in leading the technical teams (talented external contractors we’ve been working with for a long time).

You will join a team of six external technical profiles who have been developing the iOS/Android mobile application and Bootstrap web platform for several years, supported by a Python/Django/PostGre back-end. Hosting is done on AWS.

In the first stage, you will need to help stabilize the ecosystem and organize tasks with the team to ensure sustainable management of the time and budget allocated to development. In the second stage, you may contribute to reflecting on, designing, and implementing new features, freeing up time for management.

Roles and missions:

  • Mastering the management of web projects and mobile applications (scoping, design, creation, production, maintenance)
  • Defining and respecting the plan and budget
  • Collecting needs from internal and external users
  • Writing functional specifications and test scenarios
  • Management of the backlog
  • Follow up with and coordinate development teams (front-end, back-end, iOS, Android, DevOps), with support from the Lead Dev and QA Manager.
  • Ensure unit tests, quality of delivery, and releases
  • Good knowledge of ASO, SEO, GEO and Analytics tools

Desired skills:

  • At least four years of experience in a similar field, in a digital agency or start-up
  • Know how to organize and plan the work of all resources (experience in SCRUM is a plus)
  • Know how to prioritize your work, your tasks, and those of others
  • Know how to execute with agility and speed
  • Good resistance to stress and working under constraints (deadlines, budgets)
  • Aptitude for the technical issues related to our product
  • Fluency in English is mandatory: emails, meetings, and video calls are only and entirely in English.

Expected qualities:

  • Rigor and a strong capacity for anticipation
  • Very close attention to detail, with good sensitivity to UX and UI
  • Autonomous in his/her work, but with a real team spirit
  • Solution-oriented, proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills with Raisin and the technical team.
  • Getting better every day is our motto.

You will organize bi-weekly calls with the technical team to guarantee schedules and deadlines align with our priorities. You will report twice a week on your progress, challenges, and items to be addressed with the entire Raisin team regarding the missions you manage and any other company-related information.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Paris, with in-person work Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays. French law will govern the contract. The position is open only to candidates from a European Economic Area member country or who have a work permit for French territory. A 3-4-week training will be scheduled during onboarding.

What We Offer

Expected salary: based on experience & skills.

Occasional travel will be covered and is expected to Paris and other places/regions where Raisin is required to work and/or have its employees work. Salary depends on experience and the required level of training. In addition to remuneration, you will also benefit from 5 weeks of paid vacation (French law). Salary revaluation is linked to your efficiency and involvement, as well as the company’s development, per the staff training policy. Meal vouchers. Alan Health Insurance (valid only for residents in France with a Carte Vitale).

Recruitment Process

  • Fill out our Employee survey
  • A first meeting with Jean-Hugues, the founder, and Nathalie, Partner.
  • A third meeting with the Tech team
  • Meetings are usually an hour long
