🤝 Associations & Natural Wine Unions

Behind every bottle of natural wine, there’s not just a winemaker, there’s often an entire community fighting to defend a shared philosophy. Across France, Italy, Spain, Japan, and beyond, passionate growers have come together to form associations, collectives, and unions that protect the integrity of natural wine and the people who make it. Make no mistake, this is no ordinary product. We talk about wine, natural wine, a beverage created more than 8,000 years ago, in Georgia.

What started as a loose constellation of pioneers has grown into an international network of solidarity, from the Syndicat de Défense du Vin Naturel in France to dynamic regional and global movements. These groups organize tastings, festivals, and educational events. Still, more importantly, they define and defend the values that make natural wine what it is: authenticity, transparency, respect for nature, and mutual support.

This field is alive and growing, powered by engaged wine lovers, activists, and vigneron·ne·s who refuse to compromise. Their work has been crucial in raising awareness, building recognition, and ensuring that “natural wine” remains more than a buzzword; it stays a commitment.

Whether you’re curious to learn, eager to get involved, or want to know who’s shaping the movement from within, these are the associations and unions that keep the spirit of natural wine thriving across the world.
