We source grapes exclusively from organic vineyards and make the wines with no additions or subtractions in the cellar as organic farming practices and the omission of added sulfur yield high energy wines with a lot to say. STC was founded for a true love for drinking wine as a canvas for enjoying time with loved ones and meeting new fascinating people. In California, a place where wine production has been marked by rules and rigor, there’s a new movement of free thinking producers with which we're proudly associated. This movement is characterized by an affinity for experimentation, eschewing conformation to traditional ideals and a desire to make wine exciting, accessible and social.
