Food: experimental and creative with focus on flavours. Wines: a SUPERB and very carefully selected bottle list, also a short list by the glass. I had a rare bottle of Hiyu Ztum Xare-lo that you will almost never be able to find in Europe, excellent! Vibrant crowd, great service, best in town!
