Pear sweetness meets tart lemon acidity. I wouldn’t have picked this as a good campfire wine, but tonight its refreshing fizz paired well with the woodsmoke and helped me forget for a minute that summer is over. Low in alcohol (8% abv), so it encouraged campfire conversation without making it sloppy :-)
