This skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc comes from grapes grown in clay and limestone soils. Whole-cluster carbonic maceration in large concrete tanks for 7-12 days, before being pressed and then fermented naturally. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur. An aromatic wine with with notes of pear, citrus and tropical fruits. Long finish with moderate tannins and tartness
