Les Quatres Saisons

The bio-dynamic winemaker creates a unique work for each vintage. His scientific and poetic approach allows him to enhance the richness and finesse of his terroir. Its products develop aromas and unequaled qualities. A bio-dynamic wine is also created in the vineyard: the work done in the vineyard concentrates in the grapes determined forces that unfold during fermentation. All works are carried out considering the solar, lunar and planetary rhythms. The vineyard is energized by bio-dynamic preparations, such as “Horn dung” and “Horn silica”. The soil and the vines are pampered by the application of herbal teas of chamomile, yarrow, dandelion, valerian, nettle, horsetail... This approach makes it possible to transmit the love of a gesture for an authentic and unique wine.
