Grapes from local varieties: Albillo Mayor, Mencía Pietro Picudo... We refuse grape varieties from elsewhere. We have 14 vineyard plots in different regions of Spain. We own half of it. All the plots are cultivated ecologically, without certification. Sheep manure and compost as the only fertilizer, chamomile tea and horsetail against mildew, Bordeaux mixture, and the rejection of pesticides and industrial practices. Work in the vineyard is done manually and under the full moon: pruning, blunting, harvesting.
