Jun 2025One of my new favorite places (and our first try at Accomodations recommended by Raisin). Wine and food are regional, natural, and delicious. Alba and Marc are great hosts. Our room was simple in the best way with a small balcony. The hostal is perfectly located in the central square of the small and beautiful village of Pardines. Will return when crossing the Pyrenées next time!
