High altitude terroir, in the Empordà, 600 meters above sea level in a virgin area full of biodiversity. Granit soil, 20km from Mediterranean sea. Maceration on skin for 9 days. Very gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast 50% amphora 50% stainless. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tank for 4 months.
