A diamond in the rough. An almost lost variety. And aging in artisanal amphora. We invite you to take a trip through time. Sumoi is a demanding grape in the vinification process mainly due to its highly amount of tannin, but with the potential to become a unique wine; elegant, fresh and very tasty. It is a native variety and very popular in Catalonia until the end of the 20th century, when it was largely abandoned and replaced by new international varieties. Only 50 Ha remained but now we are recovering the variety and growing it organically. Have you tried it yet?
