Gre 2 Garnacha (pronounced – ‘Gre-dos’) is a combination of destemmed and whole bunch grapes, long maceration with soft extraction. Various fermentations in stainless steel, chestnut, oak, and others. All fermentations are with indigenous yeasts. Light filtration, no fining with modest sulphur additions before bottling. This is pure, ethereal, pale colour style Garnacha with rose petal scent, delicate red fruit, juiciness and perfect harmony
