Orange wine from Chardonnay Muscaté, from the volcanic slope of the Puy de Murs. The grape skins have fermented for no less than 3 months. You can see and taste that; a bright orange color and ample sediment. The wine is deep in taste, spicy and with a hint of dried apricot.
