You can see Imogen and Robyn's lovely dog named Matcha on the label, hence the name! She is believed to love sleeping under Grenache Noir vines. ~16 days maceration; indigenous yeast fermentation; 12 months in 400 L French oak barrels + 4 months in stainless steel. Concentrated, mineral, with flowers on warm graphite on the nose. Ripe Grenache fruit balanced by granite-driven tension and earthy spice notes. Good cellaring potential thanks to oak ageing and structure.
