Hand-picked. Vineyard: Clay, gravel, 0.7 ha, southwest-facing, Guyot/Cordon, 3200 plants/ha. No herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers. Yield: 4200kg/ha Vinification: Direct press, spontaneous fermentation, steel tanks, cement and steel fining Filtering/Finance: None Suitable for vegans and vegetarians Alcohol: 12.5% Sulfites: Low, 10mg/l Serving temperature: 10-12C In Umbria, grapes offer many possibilities, and in the hands of a master, an excellent Rosato can even be made. The grapes for this wine are harvested a little earlier than usual. After a short period in the press, they are pressed, resulting in a vibrant color. Further vinification takes place in steel. Fresh and fruity aromas, with the characteristic aromas of Marasca cherries from Sangiovese, burst from your glass. Juicy and flavorful. An excellent Rosato.
