Naturebas Fair
The Naturebas fair will host its seventh edition this year.
It is the first - and still only - fair in Brazil specialized in natural, organic and biodynamic wines, gradually becoming the main reference on the subject in Latin America. We started with 100 visitors and 20 exhibitors in 2013. Today the fair has grown to more than 1500 visitors and 100 exhibitors. In addition to the wines, we welcome a number of artisan producers who work with food, culture, agro-ecology and sustainability.
We pride ourselves on being a non-profit event. The main purpose is to bring you closer to the producer or importer, without any intermediaries. We do not charge to exhibit, nor do we take a percentage on sales – 100% of profit coming from direct negotiations between the consumer and the producer remains with the producer.
The tickets? Yes, all the money received from the sale of tickets is used to cover the infrastructure of the event: space rent, tables, bowls, food, producers' accommodation, sound, graphic material, and so on. The founders do not earn anything, and the staff on the day is part voluntary, part contracted.
