Les Vignes de Mon Village is made from a perpetual blend of 100% Meunier grapes from the village of Cuisles harvested between 2014 and 2020. The winemaker's idea was to create an exceptional cuvée, accessible to all. Powerful and vivid, this Brut Nature (zero sugar) champagne evokes aromas of apple, honey and red fruit. The flavor is clean, dry, and tart. The winemaker recommends serving this cuvée in white wine glasses for gentle oxygenation.
