Very strange. Smells and tastes like spice cake, with overpowering cloves, cinnamon and pumpkin. Can’t say I liked it. Label says unfiltered, no sugar or sulfites added, and vinified in terracotta amphorae. I wonder if this flavor comes from the material used ti line the amphorae. If so, it would just as bad as oak...
