Terra di Rovo was born from the strong bond that has always bound me to my land - the Spoletino -, an extraordinary landscape made of unspoilt and wild nature, fascinating for its varied biodiversity. A very small plot of land of 3 hectares: a silent and green place that excites and surprises at the same time, where I dedicate myself to the production of natural Umbrian wines and rigorously organic extra virgin olive oil. I am dedicated to creating natural wines with minimal intervention from sustainably grown grapes, allowing the biodiversity of our vineyard to play its natural role. Respecting the laws of nature, our harvest and winemaking process follow the lunar calendar. The end result is an authentic wine, with spontaneous and unfiltered fermentation and an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil. Every year the vineyard - made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Trebbiano Spoletino vines - and the centuries-old olive grove of Moraiolo and Leccino are left free to express themselves and give away the most wonderful things they can produce.
