We at Weingut Pranzegg with our work are first and foremost communicators of nature and culture. For us, being a winemaker means making our land, our customs, the vintage and our way of life felt. Through biodynamics we try to realize this idea of life. Our steep vineyards around the Bolzano basin, which we work with great manual and economic efforts, are the basis for giving birth to our natural wines. Spontaneous fermentations, long stays on the lees, no clarification, no filtration and minimal doses of sulfur: this is how we transform grapes into wine with so much patience and sensitivity. We accompany the whole process in first person, to have very personal wines with a strong character in the glass!
