Jun 2023Una concentrazione di sapori siciliani che ti lascia indeciso per scegliere cosa sia più buono! (anche se l’estratto di gazpacho forse forse vince;-). Carta dei vini di grande soddisfazione, con la Sicilia che ancora una volta si fa amare. Bravi!
Jul 2022Une de mes plus belles expériences culinaires en Sicile...simple et minimaliste mais une incroyable précision dans les saveurs et les cuissons. Les pâtes maison au "garum" sont une expérience en soi! Carte des vins (natures) très correcte (bus ce jour là une magnifique Saignée Aldo Viola et un rosé de Gueli)
