Constant and daily presence in our vineyards so that we can intervene agronomically in a way that is targeted to the need. Extreme care and attention according to the needs of the plants. The passion we dedicate to the care of the land represents itself the courage to continue doing so. The vineyards are trained with a counter-espalier and alberobello with double horizontal cordon pruning with 4/5 total spurs; “lived” and “managed” according to absolutely natural times and methods, linked to the lunar phases as well as to the secrets and techniques given to me by my father, which interface daily with the experience gained from over 40 years of viticulture. Company philosophy: “wine is produced in the vineyard and not in the cellar”. This makes our wines, for the same typology, very linked to the vintages and the district of production.
